This Policy covers (A) purchases customers make from FashFlip
1. Products & condition (second‑hand & handmade)
We sell second‑hand yarn, materials, and one‑of‑a‑kind handmade/upcycled pieces.
Each item is described and photographed carefully. Natural variations, minor wear, dye‑lot differences, vintage smell/texture, or artisanal irregularities are not defects.

2. Pricing & currency
Prices are listed in Euro
Shipping, duties, and taxes (if any) are shown at checkout.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. I accept by sending an order confirmation or shipping the item.
If an item is unavailable or mispriced, I may cancel and refund you.
4. Payments
We accept Paysera / cards payment.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; I do not store full card details.
5. Shipping & delivery
We ship via PostNord to the countries listed at checkout.
Delivery estimates are indicative. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
Risk of loss passes upon delivery to your address or collection point.
6. Inspection on delivery
Please inspect packages on arrival. If something is wrong, contact me within 7 days with photos and your order number.
7. Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

Returns and Refunds
To keep prices fair and to honour the time and love put into selecting, cleaning, and crafting each item, all sales are final.
This means:
No returns for change of mind
No refunds for sizing issues
No refunds because the colour/texture looks different in person (natural variations are part of second‑hand materials)
All yarn and creations are sold as-is, including:
Natural variations in colour
Texture differences
Small imperfections or asymmetries
These characteristics are part of their charm, artisanal nature and sustainability story, and therefore not considered defects and are not valid for refund.
Refunds are only issued if:
You received the wrong item,
The item arrived with a major damage not described or shown in photos
In such cases, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the problem
Your order number
If accepted, you may receive a replacement (if available) or a refund to your original payment method.
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged due to the courier:
Compensation depends on the courier’s policies
A refund is only possible if the courier confirms loss or damage
