Hi I'm Elia, the creator of FashFlip!
I created FashFlip from a desire to challenge the wasteful model of the fashion industry, currently largely driven by overconsumption through a more circular model that respects both people and the planet.
Each FashFlip piece is carefully handcrafted from upcycled or second‑hand materials. Collections are intentionally limited or made to order, depending on what thrifted fabrics I can find and on true demand. This avoids over‑production and gives you the opportunity to co‑create something unique that make a piece truly your own and encourages slow fashion.
Every FashFlip piece carries a transparent story: where the materials came from, what they once were, and why they cost what they do. Through that openness, I hope to encourage new expectations around ethical production and pricing.
This project represents more than a small business; for me it’s a form of everyday activism. Shifting how a small group of people sees sustainable fashion can create meaningful, lasting impact. Through FashFlip, I hope to spark that shift towards buying less, reusing more and rediscovering the value in materials already around us, one flipped piece at a time.
